Problem
During emergencies, local government units need one place to receive reports with exact locations, coordinate rescuers and warn residents quickly.
Approach
A mobile-first progressive web app lets citizens send real-time emergency reports with live location, while an AI assistant guides them through what to do next.
An admin dashboard gives responders real-time GIS tracking, rescue coordination tools and a dedicated portal for rescuers.
Disaster alerts and voice calls keep residents and responders in contact throughout an incident.
My role
I led the research, design and development, and I was chosen to present the system at the 9th SIMP-AAIRI-BCP Multidisciplinary Research Festival and, as one of six delegates, at the 24th Joint Multidisciplinary Research Conference in Kuala Lumpur.
